The Service is provided by Geo Track Technologies Inc., registered at 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, DE, 19901 ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Geo Track Technologies Inc. Your use of the Service confirms your acceptance of these Terms and all applicable policies. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

GPS Tracker is a digital platform designed to help families stay connected by providing real-time location tracking, smart alerts, and safety notifications. The Service includes interactive maps, location history, and premium features accessible via subscription or one-time purchase.
The Service is not a medical or emergency response tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional assistance in emergencies. In case of danger, always contact your local emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, you may only use the Service under the supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service may offer subscriptions that automatically renew. When you purchase a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing periods, prices, and renewal terms are disclosed during checkout.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing. If we do so, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.

Purchases made via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) are subject to the respective platform’s terms and payment policies.

6. Digital Content and Refund Policy

Access to digital content (including location history, reports, and other downloadable materials) is granted immediately upon purchase and is considered fully delivered. As such:

• Electronic materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Purchases of premium features, add-ons, or additional content packs are final upon activation.
• Refunds may only be considered in cases of significant technical issues that prevent use of the purchased content, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and consent to immediate delivery of digital content, which means your right to withdraw from the purchase is waived upon access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-generated data) are owned by Geo Track Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. User ResponsibilitiesYou agree not to:

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geo Track Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Dover, Delaware, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
