This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through the GPS Tracker website at https://gpstracker.web2wave.com (the “Website”). Purchases made via app stores (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are governed by the respective platform’s refund policies. For such purchases, please contact the app store directly.

By using the GPS Tracker Service on any device, you agree to this Refund Policy and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Through the Website, you can purchase access to paid content (“Purchase”) using available payment methods. The cost (one-time or subscription) is shown at checkout, and access is granted immediately upon successful transaction validation. Payments are processed by third-party services; we do not store full payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Lifetime or one-time purchase options are clearly labeled.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in this policy. A refund may be considered only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued for a one-time payment or the last subscription payment if:
  • Technical Issues: You experience significant technical problems (e.g., app crashes, inability to launch, non-functional features) that prevent the use of the purchased service. Minor issues related to app updates are not eligible. To assess your request, we may ask for:
  • Your device model, operating system, and version
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Additional diagnostic information
3. Regional Refund Rights

  • US Residents (California & Connecticut): You may cancel within three business days of purchase and receive a full refund if requested before midnight of the third day.
  • EU Residents (EEA & Switzerland): You have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract. However, this right is forfeited if digital content (e.g., videos, PDFs) has been accessed. A refund may be issued within 14 days only if access was not granted due to a login or technical failure.
By initiating the download or login after purchase, you acknowledge and consent to immediate service delivery, which means your right to withdraw ends once access is confirmed.

4. Non-Returnable Digital Content

Electronic materials provided through the GPS Tracker Service — including downloadable content, e-books, PDFs, audio files, and other digital resources — are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and aligns with standard practices for digital goods.

5. Premium Features and Additional Products

Purchases of Premium features, add-ons, or other digital products (e.g., personalized plans, content packs, or unlocked features) are considered final upon activation or delivery. Refunds are not available unless a significant technical issue prevents you from using the product, as described in Section 2.

  • For subscriptions active for more than two billing cycles without cancellation, only the last payment may be eligible for a refund.

7. Subscription CancellationSubscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. To cancel, you can:

Deleting your account, uninstalling the app, or stopping usage does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops auto-renewal, but access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@bondi.ai. We aim to respond within 24 hours, though response times may vary due to request volume. If you do not receive a reply within 72 hours, please check your spam folder and resend your request.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may require additional information to process your request.
